Sitting there for forever waiting to get pulled to the back and everyone that comes in they pull to the back immediately and don’t give no updates past my appointment time. Everyone looks at you but not much help being giving. Shoutout for trying to get stuff done for the military for your schedule appointment time and never get the service of dental but watch everyone else go when they come in at a later time. What a great place of professional service when it’s not giving

I have no clue how this guy has all positive reviews. My experience here has been nothing short of disappointing. I have great dental insurance and have used it for over 6 years while doing full set of upper implants. I’m no stranger to the dental chair nor am I a stranger to dental pain. No one at the office felt it necessary to inform me that they didn’t take my insurance. In fact Jo at the front desk said my insurance would cover half of the procedure I was interested in having done. I would have never started any work here if I knew in advance that they were out of my network but they didn’t so I was surprised with a $300 bill for a cleaning and a filling. I had no pain whatsoever on that tooth and is the side I chew 98% of my meals on. After the cleaning I’m told I have a simple cavity and need a filling. He never used a drill, he used high pressure water. Something I’ve never had done before but could tell it’s not as accurate as using a drill. I could feel the water hitting different teeth and parts of my gums. Like I said it doesn’t seem accurate like using a drill does. Days following the filling I’m experiencing sharp pain as if there’s a nerve exposed. I called the office to try and get in asap, they make me wait a week… not sure if that’s a common practice but asking a patient to wait a week after calling and saying you’re in pain is disgraceful, but it’s okay, like I said I’m no stranger to mouth pain. Well today was the day I’d been waiting for and the doctor spent all of 2 minutes looking at my mouth before he says “ yea you need a root canal”… took him 2 minutes to decide that was the solution to his mistake. I express my disappointment by saying I’d like a second opinion and immediately you could tell that offended and flustered him. I went in with no pain and no discomfort whatsoever and now I’m stuck in pain and have to find another dentist to give me a second opinion. I have 11 teeth in my mouth and now can’t use half of them due to a rush job performed at this location. The whole thing feels rushed, like if he would have taken his time when doing the exam he should have been able to tell the tooth would need a root canal.(if indeed it needed a root canal” If they didnt rush someone would have told me about not taking my insurance. This whole experience has the feeling of “he’s an out of pocket patient, let’s bang him for a filling and a root canal instead of just doing the one procedure”.

I left Dr Gazerro to be closer to home. I started to feel like i was a burden at the new Dentist. I was getting 1/2 hour cleanings. I had a root canal and also had an infection. It took hours for someone to call me back as I suffered in pain. I’m sorry, but with all the people working there it goes straight to an answering machine. I had an 1 1/2 cleaning my teeth. So basically that meant I wasn’t getting a good cleaning. I will never leave Dr Gazerro again. Thank you also for your kind staff. Making me feel like a patient not a dollar sign.

First visit, on-point assessment of my teeth and a detailed path forward. By second appointment, I had my tooth correctly grinded, 3D scanned, crown designed, milled, fitted, and installed; all in one visit of less than 2 hours. They have all the sophisticated equipment to do this in-house. Staff is awesome, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. The dentist right hand assistant is legit great at her job too and make you feel at ease on these difficult mouth jobs. This office is hand-down one of the best, if not THE best dentistry in RI.
