I’ve been on AMS’s regular service for over a year now. My experiences with them have not been great. - Charged me more than the agreed upon amount 2 times without notice (pay attention to your charges) - Broken my property multiple times - Keep cutting back bushes that I have requested to leave untouched since they are privacy bushes - Uneven mowing? - Poor service when they do come (photos attached) I wouldn’t recommend service with them. I’d normally give them some leeway because mistakes happen, but unfortunately they continue to make the same mistakes over and over. I just canceled my service.
Salvador and Tony were the best to work with from the beginning all the way to the finish. They helped with the design and the placement of the plants. I enjoyed having them on my project.
Have used AMS twice this year, and am very pleased with the results. Evan and Dion did a great job both times. Also too, Debbie in the office fixed a couple issues promptly. Will definitely use them again.
