Technician came out for a furnace tune-up, he was great. Very friendly and professional, he explained everything he was doing and why. He vacuumed inside the furnace and wiped everything down inside and out, and cleaned the fire sensor which he said was the problem, but the furnace is still not heating the home to the set temperature. It's currently set at 76 but the temperature in the house is 71. It turns on for a few seconds and then shuts off, doesn't stay on long enough to heat the home. Problem not solved. UPDATE: 11/25 Technician returned and took his time to diagnose the problem He went through a checklist of possibilities until he located the problem, once discovered, he showed me, clean the part, reinstalled it and tested the furnace 4x, hooray it was repaired and worked like new. I want to give a special thanks to my technician Antonio 6P3. You did not give up until I was satisfied and I appreciate that, and because of that I will make your company my regular provider. Thanks for putting the customer satisfaction first.

Called for Emergency service after hours to fix my furnace that stopped working. Got text that tech was on his way to my house about one hour after I called. About 30 minutes later got another text that tech Rigo Garduno has arrived. I looked out my window and no one was there and no one rang the door bell. I called the emergency number back right after getting text message to find out where he was, he was not at my house. I was told by perfect home service they can not call the tech or call the dispatcher only send text message to the dispatcher. I said I needed help ASAP before the tech left his current location and went to another job. Rep on phone said she would send text to dispatcher ASAP. After many calls to PHS and 3 and one half hours later no one called or sent me a text message letting me know what the E TA of the tech was. I had to call again to cancel because they were not responding. This is very unprofessional. I called another company and they had someone at my house in 50 minutes with several calls and text messages letting me know when and who was arriving. I definitely do not recommend calling this company. Had to pick one star but really should be negative stars.

Unfortunately, I did not feel like this company was working for me as a client. This company sold us and installed a new hvac unit just 3 yrs ago. It began making a loud whizzing sound recently. We called for service and were told it was the motor. The initial diagnosis was that we weren't keeping up with annual checkups/cleanings of our unit and that was the cause for the motor failure. We'd have to purchase a new motor for over $1,200. I asked if the mfg warranty could cover since it is only 3 yrs old and was told it wasn't covered due to us not keeping up on the annual checkups. If we would begin doing these annual checkups going forward, we may be able to get back into the warranty coverage. They were pretty firm about this. This did not sound right to me and I told them I'd be getting a second opinion. The next day we contacted another company who confirmed within 5 MINUTES that the motor would be covered under the mfg warranty (free), got us the new part and fixed the problem that SAME day for only the cost of labor. We saved 70%. They also stated that an annual cleaning or checkup wasn't necessary on a new unit - perhaps after the 5 year mark and then every other year would be sufficient. I will say that Antonio, our service person from Perfect Home Services was friendly, professional and pretty knowledgeable and this review is not necessarily about him. Unfortunately I believe the company's policies and practices prevented him from providing the client service and solutioning we deserved.
