I rented from Amhurst for 5+ years, only moving as the owners wanted to sell. My experience was great - they were responsive, and kind. When a large building issue directly affected my suite, Amhurst stood up for me, and my rights as a tenant. Their yearly suite check-ins are an added bonus. Anything I had neglected to flag was easily brought up at this time, and quickly addressed. I would gladly rent from Amhurst again if I had the opportunity.
