Overnight Parking. Speedway/Speedy Cafe 4 miles away, Speed Trek/Shell 5 miles away, Belvidere Oasis Parking Lot Eastbound 4.6 miles away & Belvidere Oasis Parking Lot Westbound 6.6 miles away. I arrived at 5:40pm for my 10am drop n hook appointment tomorrow morning. Dock 16 is next to Driver/Visitor Entrance. I called the next morning at 4am for a load status, instead of my appointment being a drop n hook they changed it to live load, then gave me a dock door instantly. Turn reefer on to -10 continuous, Slide tandems to rear, kept trailer doors closed, and left some space between dock door for warehouse worker to inspect. Warehouse worker came and said I’ll come back when your reefer temperature drops to 20-30 degrees. 4:48am, worker came back and said I’m good to open my trailer doors and back into door. 5:15am, worker came to let me know I’m done being loaded and to pull forward, close trailer doors, put seal tag, wait on a call from office for bills. (Warehouse worker will give you the options where to park when waiting on bills) 5:30am, I got a call from the office to come and get my bills . Got my bills and I was out. Quiet and Easy In And Out Place.

6/6/25 - appt at 0800, I actually arrived at their other building on Landmark, just up the street, at 0700. Then got sent to this location. When I asked what the difference between the 2 was, lady at the window said, the facility on Landmark is for products at 34°. This facility is for products at -10°. If you didn't know, now you do. This place right off the bat is MUCH BETTER than the facility on Landmark. So much more space to maneuver your trailer, nobody blocking drive ways or anything. Pull in, park and go check in at Door U. Was assigned a door instantly. Go to your door, park and leave a few feet between you and the door. Someone will come break your seal. Once they do, go ahead and dock. Unloading was done by 0845. Wait for an employee to come tell you to pull off and park and then wait for a text for when they are done with paperwork. Got mine at 0900.

Arrived at 1030 am for a 12 pm drop n hook. Had me drop the empty immediately then back up to my trailer in the dock door. Didn't start loading it until about 1245 pm. Got loaded pretty quick but now have to wait hours for bills. Another driver had been waiting on his paperwork since 9 am, they never called him. He finally got his paperwork around 1430. Drivers please avoid this place, they have no respect for your time

PRIME INC. This place deserves more than 3 stars but they don’t get them due to the fact that they won’t tell these drivers to move. Getting into this place when it’s packed is like driving through a damn field of TETRIS. Not to mention the fact that so many people can’t read and don’t know the protocol. So here it is. GREEN line, entrance and staging area, yellow, walk to office, blue go to docks (unless you’re grabbing a preloaded which can sometimes be at their satellite yard) then red is the exit. Be careful with the yard dogs driving like maniacs through this place. Or the local guys who just randomly park in front of the dock doors for up to an hour… I seent it! Staff is friendly and loading is pretty quick!
