Quick stay for a music festival, and was perfect for that. Nothing fancy here, but for a budget option on the beach this is a good call. The staff was friendly and helpful, the parking was easy and the rooms were decent. This is not a 4 star hotel, this is a 4 star rating for what this place is: A good option at a decent price and location. The room itself was a bit tired... an exposed bulb fluorescent light, a patched up bathtub and just wear and tear. But, nothing in disrepair and the room was clean, bed was comfy and it didn't smell like the usual musty seaside motel.

We chose this hotel because of its location to the beach and boardwalk and it did not disappoint!! I have a hard time walking long distances so being right on the boardwalk and right at a beach entrance was wonderful! They also had a sidewalk right along side the hotel that took you right to the boardwalk. The room was clean and a good size. Water pressure in the shower was great! Having a refrigerator, microwave and small coffee maker was also a plus. A couple of negatives was there was a funky smell to the room when you entered the room but then it went away and you didn’t notice it. Also, there was only one elevator but it really wasn’t a problem for us. The biggest disappointment was the free breakfast area was too small to accommodate all of the people in the hotel. It only had enough seats for about 15 people. We ended up eating out a couple of mornings because we couldn’t find a seat. Parking was very tight and if there weren’t any parking spots left, you had to park in another lot about one block away. Even with that said, we would still choose this hotel again! The young man at the front desk gave us a list of restaurants that he would recommend for dinner and we used his recommendations and were happy with them! We hope to come back again!

We love it! We've booked it for 2 summers now. This past stay it was sold out for all our dates, so we booked 2 other hotels; at the end of our entire vacation I asked the kids which one they liked the best, and it was Comfort Inn Boardwalk! Location is great, breakfast is great, pools are great. The staff is great! Its comfortable. Love love love it!

This was our 5th year staying here and the service remains fantastic. Incredible views! Great free breakfast options, clean pools, clean rooms, amazing view, and mostly friendly staff. There was a new girl at the desk this year who wasn’t as kind as the rest of the staff but hopefully she was most having a bad week. The gentleman with blond hair is always super kind and helpful!
