Please don’t buy American tourister bags if you are an international traveler. Very worst product and worst service. This Anna Nagar branch number doesn’t exist and There is no service available in foreign countries especially in UK. Waste of money, for one time use itself it was torn. It cannot be repaired also and no option left other than throwing it off. If you are domestic traveler you can use the warranty and change or repair.

People beware of the biggest fraud, AMERICAN TOURISTER. Bought this suitcase on March 29,2024. Used just for only One month. The zip is torn. Very poor customer service. We gave the suitcase back to this place. But till now not even a single phone call from this place. Very poor customer service, support. A BIG ZERO STAR for AMERICAN TOURISTER. Money waste. Time waste. Kindly don't buy any products here. Beware of this fraud .

The salesman Augustin was super helpful. He calmly answered all our questions, helped us identify travel bags that would suit our purpose better. When a piece wasnt available, he was ready to place a special order for it and helped us get it. Certainly well deserving of a 5 star review. Highly recommend this American tourister showroom!
