Honest Fact

This was a very extremely wrong turn for me. I’ve never had a problem with any property management company, but APM. I’ve read a few reviews, and some similar to my experience. I haven’t had one peaceful year with this property management. The disrespect is unreal. I definitely would not recommend moving into one of their complexes, if you have any respect for yourself. Protect your rental history at all cost, and let these people have their property and move on something that’s a better fit for you. I can say more, but why when all I gotta do is move somewhere it’s more suited for me. You live and learn.

Go Elsewhere, Just another disrespectful landscaping company with a terrible crew. Today while visiting on business to the Denny Road building. that parallels hwy 217. I come out to my sports car and find this crew with their cones, garbage cans, racks, etc etc 3 inches from my car, spraying debris all over my freshly washed (45.00 car wash) car. Do they apologize, NO!!! Do they Move stuff away from my car, NO!!!!!!, But instead the crew of younger Mexican guys just keep on blowing debris all over . not even stopping to allow me to get in my car and move away. No one speaks English!!! and they just give me freaking stink eye. Like i'm freaking bothering them..ARE U KIDDING ME?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There were many other empty spots they could have parked in but no!!! Very disrespectful and rude , Do not use these poorly run and disrespectful crews. go elsewhere!!!!!!!!! To The owners, REMEMBER!!!! your crew and vehicle are a rolling billboard for your company and i am not the only one who witnessed this. Obviously the many poor reviews for this company says it all.

If I could give zero stars I would. Maintenance and management is horrid and drags there feet on getting anything done. Do NOT rent any building from Leticia. Worst property manager I have ever met. She was extremely unprofessional consistently, refused to do her job, and threw a fit anytime I sent in a maintenance request including when it took her FIVE days to rectify a burst pipe in the apartment leaving it to flood the ENTIRE flooring of my former unit. when covid protections were over I had to go through the main office for a payment plan as she refused to give me one and lied saying they didn't offer it. Literally the worst company I've ever rented from. Maintenance barely ever fulfills requests and is terrible about up keep.
