Rich replaced our water heater last spring. We had an issue today with no hot water. He quickly did some troubleshooting and found that we have a leak either under the slab or in the wall. He referred a restoration company and they came within a couple hours. What felt like a daunting and difficult process now seems like we will have this resolved soon. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

I really appreciate finding service providers that are honest, competent, reliable, and knowledgeable. We reached out to Rich about replacing the toilets in our home. We knew which model we wanted to replace with. He offered his expert opinion about our choice, asked what it was about the particular model we chose that influenced that decision, and then offered a different model from the same maker that in his experience would address all our requirements yet last longer. It had the added benefit of costing less. Then, when it came to the install date, he arrived on time, completed the work within the window he originally provided, and did a great job cleaning up afterword. It was like he'd never been there, except we had all new toilets. Absolutely doing business with him again when we need it and absolutely going to be someone I'll recommend to any friends, family, neighbors, etc. that need a plumber.

Another 5-star review, well deserved I might add... Rich came out this morning, diagnosed the problem, and saw another two in the same area that were coming soon. Gave me a price, I accepted and 3 hours later the reason I called was fixed and the other 2 festering issues were taken care of too. Good honest guy not out to get us to buy him a ticket for a trip on SpaceX... Reasonable and very knowledgeable. Thanks!

Needed a water heater replaced but had time to research. I called 6 plumbing companies! I'm so glad I found Rich. He came recommended and I can see why. He is so responsive! He took the time to talk about my situation. He educated me on water heaters, thier maintenance, and he didn't scoff or get defensive with my questions (as some of the other companies I contacted had done). I immediately knew after my call that I wanted to work with American Plumbing. They were the most affordable out the 6 others I called! I scheduled the appointment for today. They arrived when they said they would. After the install, he explained how to maintain the water heater and even took time to address other plumbing concerns I had. He answered my texts promptly and courteously. I intend to use American Plumbing for future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them!
