I called and talked to Hunter about a car my senior parents were interested in. He took the time to get the car ready and waiting for them when they arrived. Told them everything about the vehicle, took them on a test drive in town and on the highway. They purchased the car but my father doesn’t drive and could not bring both cars back so they are bringing the car to their house in Sapulpa. I appreciate that Hunter took the time to make my parents feel special and the best possible experience buying a car. Excellent service!

I bought a car from them and the sales process was great. Jakob was great to work with- however the service department and the finance guy LIED to me. I bought the car and then let them know that my breaks were squeaking and asked if I could bring it back to be checked. They assured me that the entire car had been checked and the breaks were not going out and that they always check that before selling the car. They told me the type of car I had was” known for squeaky breaks” and then said if I wanted to bring it in it would be full price because they guarantee the breaks are perfectly fine. The breaks got worse so I took it to a mechanic and the break pads were so thin that my rotors were glossed over and I had to replace the pads and the rotors! All because this company assured me that the breaks were checked before it was sold. And I know the calls are recorded so they can even fact check this. Here’s a pic of my break pads for proof.
