I recently had a body hair removal session, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Kimia the manager of this location  did my session and she was professional. She explained everything clearly, which put me at ease. The results have been fantastic, and I appreciate the attention to detail they provided. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service. I’d highly recommend Prime Laser to anyone considering body hair removal – great value and top-notch service!

I love this location!! My skin is glowing and never looked better. My nurse Marie is amazing!! She always makes me feel comfortable and makes sure I’m okay during the treatment. Definitely recommend coming to this location if you are interested in Laser Hair Removal. The whole staff and environment is great!

Stay Away. I had a very disappointing experience with Prime Laser. The customer service was unprofessional and disorganized. Seems as if the business is struggling and continously running specials just to lure more clients. During treatment the entire procedure the staff will try and persuade you to purchase some other services that they offer throughout your session. To make matters worse, I saw little to no results after several sessions- despite being told I'd notice a significant difference. This leads me to believe that they lower the frequency just to have you sign up for more sessions. I believe this is a practiced routine with the staff and management. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Good location but wolves in sheep clothing. I highly recommend finding a different location.
