Carlene MariaI am ZOOMING through blocks!! EMDR had long been on my list to try, but only got around to trying it recently. We have identified SO many more patterns than I ever had before in 12 years of therapy, and I’m seeing how the somatics lead me right through with her expert guidance and support. She REALLY listens, and most importantly, retains knowledge of those patterns in me and helps me see if they are jumping back in from my unconscious into whatever new up-leveling I’m working through.
