The recruiter of Altis (Rachel Johns) proactively gave feedback and updates on my job application. So far, she is the most proactive Recruiter that I’ve worked with here in Canada and I really appreciate all her actions. Another add on service that I received from Altis thru Rachel is job interview prep and coaching which most of the recruitment agencies do not offer. Kudos to Rachel and to the whole team of Altis Recruitment & Technology.

I am giving Altis 4 stars rating because of the depth of their communication. As a candidate, I am always kept in the loop at every stage of the recruitment process. Even when a role does not work out as planned, they communicate it. With Altis, it feels like a mutually beneficial relationship. It feels like they have my back in the recruitment process. I don't get that feeling from other recruitment agencies. The only reason this is not a five star rating is because I am yet to secure a role through Altis. When this happens, I am coming to update this review to a five star review.
