It’s really disappointing that this branch doesn’t have any tellers. Especially when it seems that the money that comes from this atm is very deficient(ripped bills, bills with markings). I still went seeking for help due to a ripped bill I got recently from the atm at this bank. As I was waiting to speak to someone(there’s not bell someone has to notice you standing there) a man finished an appointment in his office( the second office to the right when you walk in) noticed me and decided to walked away. The woman in the first office to the right then noticed me and helped. Regardless, to be disregarded when this is MY ONLY bank was disappointing. Sir, I saw you see me and walk away. I only bank with CIBC but that will no longer be true after today. What’s the point when there are hardly any locations and worse some locations have no tellers. Thank you for the experience it was eye opening. For others reading this bank elsewhere.
