I get greeted by a wonderful lady named Shelly! She was so nice to me even when she asked for my ID I didn’t feel like it was a burden. When it was finally time to check out I asked Shelly for some recommendations on different products. She told me without a problem some products that She thought I would like I chose one of them and the product that she had recommended was exquisite. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!!!!

Very nice employee’s who are very helpful giving insights into their products. Another note is how great the place looks!! Halloween decorations everywhere, love it!! Never seen any cannabis store go all out for any holidays. 10/10 experience

As a new customer I was met by knowledgeable & enthusiastic staff who guided me through some new product selections. They were right on the mark with their recommendations! Much appreciated. The only annoying experience is customers have to ring the doorbell to gain entry. Not sure why that is as other cannabis stores in Aurora don’t have this barrier to entry. That aside, once inside, the customer service experience is worth the wait.
