Took my mom and daughter here today for a pedicure, we all enjoyed it, & loved our toes after! We got sat immediately + They had a small child pedicure chair for my 8 year old! I had Tiffany, she was super helpful, talkative and personal. I will definitely be back with my daughter.

Called to make an appointment for my boyfriends sister and I and the lady on the phone was immediately rude and disinterested. I figured they were just busy and didnt mean to be, so I ignored it. We show up for our appointment and waited for about 15 minutes before we could go back to the pedicure area. Once back there, we sat for 25 minutes! No water in the bowls yet, no apology, no complimentary water or anything while we waited. Obviously they overbook and the poor nail techs were very overwhelmed. Pedicure was sub par for 70 dollars. Anyway, next is my full set. I show the girl a picture of what I wanted and she was sweet, but immediately I could tell they were too short. They were glued on when she asked so I didn't want her to have to take them all of and restart since they were SLAMMED. The color was great but my nails came out like thick chiclets. For 2 pedicures, one mani, and one full set it was almost 300 dollars. I asked for a mani with my full set cause my cuticles needed work but she never did it. Im really upset and I know I can't be refunded but it was just bad all around. The 2 pedicure girls were REALLY nice though. The top photo is how I wanted my nails, the bottom photo is what they actually are. Im so disappointed. They need to stop overbooking so their techs can rest and give each customer time for their hard earned money. Won't be back.

I walked in last week hoping they might have time to do a full set of acrylics as I’d had massive breakage over the past few days. It was my second visit; the first was for a pedicure. Both experiences were 10/10. The spa is clean and well appointed, with a relaxing atmosphere. Lily gave me the very best nails I’ve ever had! She was patient, gentle, and her attention to detail was exceptional! She even added the prettiest little snowflakes to my nails. Next time I need a similar service, I will call in advance and specifically request Lily!

I received a pedicure and manicure. I can't use gels. I had a gentleman and I realized the next day when it was starting to chip he had not put a top coat. I will not be back. I have never had a problem any where else. It should have lasted for weeks, not even 1 day!
