My partner and I had my our very first appointment here a few days ago and can’t express enough how thorough and kind everyone is at this facility. I had Dr. Kim and Maria as my hygienist and they were both so incredibly kind and helpful. I was terrified of going to the dentist after a terrible experience years ago and I am happy to say I’ll continue coming here for everything! If you’re nervous about going to the dentist I can’t recommend this place enough. The front desk women were also very nice and helpful and glad they’re super efficient with getting my next appointments scheduled and with quickly getting back to me about estimates.

I’ve been a loyal patient for years, but the experience here has gone downhill. Front line staff are snarky, the new appointment reminder system is terrible, and billing feels shady, estimates are often way off (Jennifer H is a nightmare to work with). I’ve overheard other patients surprised by billing discrepancies too (not including the reviews). They failed to diagnose me and provided outdated referrals that are either out-of-pocket only or no longer practicing in Chicago. They ask for my flexibility when they have gaps in their schedule but don't honor my need for flexibility. Aside from seeing one of my favorite Doctors, I dread coming here and working with them.

Called yesterday to make an appointment and was told they could see me today at 3, I was told to get there 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork. As requested, I showed up at 2:50. The person in the front asked my name and told me to have a seat. By 3:15, 3 other people had been called back and no one said a word to me about paperwork or anything else. At about 3:20 I asked if I was going to be seen anytime soon. The woman asked me what my name was again. I was lucky to have had some time in the afternoon to make this appointment, but by that time, 30 minutes had passed and besides that I was basically just really turned off and decided to leave.
