As always I'm totally impressed whenever I mention any deficiencies in my condo it was attended to immediately and repairs were done in a timely manner and very professional repairs. Edit at the top: this 1 star review pertains to Soroush and the team IN the customer care office that has been dismissive and awful to work with. I can speak positively of Ed Valencia who has contacted me several times to see if there have been improvements, and to offer help along the way. Ed and his team of people providing the service have been helpful and clearly care, but there is a team below them that seemingly do not care. Upgraded from 1 star to 2 stars due to Ed and his crews who put in effort to fix the lousiness of others. Just an awful building company. They take 0 accountability for their poor work. I own a unit in the promenade towers and have had occupancy for 7 months. The poor workmanship is already on full display. They take no pride or accountability. They ignore you, argue with you, and tell you things aren’t under warranty. Then they continue to take your money with a smile and continue onto their next project. I regret buying a unit in their building and would strongly advise against owning anything they build. Edit: these “customer care reps” enter your unit without notice. I received a notice at work from my camera that someone is in my unit. I only have this camera on because.i do not trust these people. When I told them they entered without notice and this is unacceptable they belittled my frustration and were “certain” they gave appropriate notice. This company and the people who represent it are vile.

I wanted to share a special thank you to Karen at reception and Brigitte on the team. Even though this is clearly a very busy time for them, they were always responsive, professional, and willing to help. They answered our emails and calls promptly, followed up on our questions, and helped us get clear confirmations we needed for our closing. Tried to show units at the building. They fired the sales company they were using. Called October 3 to find someone to talk to, called again October 6, left more messages. Sent an email, 17 days later I'm being told I didn't tell them that I was trying to show a client, yes I did say that from day 1 and it is in the email that I sent them. I will be telling people not to show the last units and Liberty can sit with them and rot with their money being wasted since they don't care to show them to try to sell them.
