He did such a great job explaining what he needed to do to get the color I asked for. He gave me a completely different look. I have received many many compliments since! Absolute blissful experience! It being my first time, Steven made me feel welcome and secure within his space. He was intricate with colour tone and precision when tending my hair, and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. He’s a true gentleman! I left with no regrets, and felt luxury in my entire being. It was very much needed for me to finally sit down and be taken care of.
