My experience was perfect, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!!! my girlfriend and I came to Dave & Buster’s to play a few games and eat and our server Anthony went above and beyond helping us with our questions on how things operated as it was a while since we were last here. His service was beyond amazing and it made my night!!! The food my girlfriend and I got was Dave’s double cheeseburger and I enjoyed it so much that I finished it within minutes. Now we get to enjoy the rest of our visit playing some games, I’m so excited!!! Thank you so much again Anthony for all your help and superior customer service! Dave and Busters is very lucky to have you!

Was an underwhelming experience as many of the games were not working and the Human Crane is out of commission, even after being installed for over a year as no one is certified to operate it yet. Am disappointed in the ownership’s lack of care, especially towards not providing the necessary certification for your employees, especially as they’re the only good thing about the place aside from the games. Anthony did an amazing job taking care of us for my birthday outing and explaining how the place worked to my friends that have never been before, thank you for your fantastic hospitality!

Probably my worst experience ever. I visit often. This was the only time I experienced such rude customer service. I asked the hostess for a booth, She said she had one for us. She walked us over to an L shaped table. I said can we please sit somewhere else? She refuse to sit us anywhere else. I said you don’t have another table? She said no. Mind you there were plenty of tables and booths empty and clean!!! She said us at a dirty table, Even though I asked several times to be sat somewhere else. The food took extremely long. Some of the things we ordered, didn’t get there until after we had finished our meal and asked for the check. They also recently changed the menu. Our server was trying really hard, But certain things were just out of his hands. Food was not fresh. Waiting 45 minutes for a plate is insane. To top it off, they gave me a dry/old slice of lime on my plate, And I don’t know what they put on top of my food, but it was like dry old leaves. For a $400 visit it was not worth it. People come here for the experience, And last night I had the worst.

We were planning on an arcade night so we figured we may as well try and have a meal here as well. No reservations were made and we got a table right away. It was about half full. We were mid week. The place is great. Large, lots of tables and bar space. There’s tvs everyone to sit and watch the game from all angles without needing to worry about a kink in your neck. The menu looks amazing… but falls short. It reminds me of visiting USA restaurants where it looks good but lacks flavour. I was certainly disappointed. We ordered mozzarella sticks for appys and that was the best part. I had the flatbread pizza - extra pepperoni. It wasn’t great. The larger “pepperoni” they put on is more like salami and does not taste of pepperoni. Their sauce is a bit sweet and it was a strange mixture. I was hoping more for pizza vibes. My partner got the Mac and cheese. It needed salt, or it was very bland. The chicken in it was gross. It reminded us of cubed pre cooked chicken from the grocery store that you buy in bags in the prepackaged deli meat department. If it had a bit more flavour, it would’ve been perfect with just the bacon. We then headed off to play the games. THAT was a lot of fun! Lots of great games. Very spacious. We spent about an hour and a half and had a blast. Most machines were in working order (except the human claw game LOL). There wasn’t many people around when we went which made it more fun so we could play whatever whenever and no kids being noisy. The only downside is how awkward it is to buy credits on a card and get to the payment method to be asked for a tip…. It’s uncomfortable to be asked for a tip when you buy a simple card to play. Not everyone can afford this and I always feel like the staff seem jilted when you aren’t tipping. If they has a do it yourself machine I absolutely would’ve. Food also not great. Games? And environment for sports? Excellent.
