I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the treatment I received at Alliance Immediate & Primary Care, located at 4332 N Elston Ave. I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time. When I checked in, I politely informed the front desk receptionist that I had an appointment. She asked for my name, which I spelled out clearly. She then told me that I had missed an appointment six months ago and that I was required to pay a $40 no-show fee. I explained that this was my first visit to the clinic in over a year and that I had active insurance coverage. Despite my explanation, she insisted—loudly and disrespectfully—that I would not be allowed to see the doctor unless I paid the fee. I was spoken to in an unprofessional and condescending manner, with no willingness to listen or verify the information. To make matters worse, I was kicked out of the clinic that day. This kind of rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Patients should be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion—not hostility and threats. If this is how patients continue to be treated, I fear this business will not last. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, as no one deserves to go through the experience I did. Please, to those reading this—be cautious and stay safe.
