I am incredibly disappointed in the services we received for my son's custody case. During the investigation, Julia's team failed on multiple occasions to keep or schedule interviews with all of my advocates. Of the few character witnesses they did reach out to, only 2 successfully spoke to her and they had to constantly check in with her assistant Megan to ensure those appointments would happen. I had multiple professionals who reached out to her team several times to schedule who were ultimately ignored. Many of my witnesses responded quickly to her interview requests and never heard back. Two had appointments scheduled and she never called. Meanwhile my now ex husband's girlfriend was more than heard and rang up quite a bill on our tab communicating with her office. After running up over $7,000 between my ex and I, with multiple witnesses bearing testament to my exes vindictive and abusive behavior, Julia's recommendation was simply that we split custody 50/50 and learn to coparent. My ex has now taken FULL advantage of this situation and I am struggling to see my son during my scheduled times. I am openly ridiculed in front of my son by my ex, and he has failed to keep the desperately needed tutoring for my son her swore to Julia he was committed toward achieving. I do not feel as if my son or I ever stood a chance. My son begs me repeatedly to stay at my home and I must return him to his father under constant threat of police by my ex. To say I am upset is an understatement.
