Was charged $150.00 for 2 electricians who were here for about 10-15 minutes. They put a clamp meter on one wire to a 15 amp breaker and told me the breaker was fine (breaker is 27 years old btw). Original issue was that the breaker would "trip" when using a small 5,000 btu Portable A/C. So, in the end nothing was really done except being told that I'd have to run a conduit the length of house and install of a dedicated circuit for a small Portable 5,000 btu A/C unit. Understand there should be a travel trip fee but - $150. for a 10-15 minutes service call is a bit much.

One of the worst customer experiences ever. Hired as a sub contractor by another company. I have offered multiple times to pay out of pocket (without insurance) to have them correct problem. They refuse to return calls or respond in any way. They have advised that "I am not the customer." Their loyalty lies with the contractor that hired them. I have since hired another company to "fix" what they have done, but All In refuses to speak with the new electrician to even tell them what they had done. Because of this, I've had to incur even more expense because the new company has had to open up walls and replace what they have done. Filing a complaint with the Maryland State Board of Electricians. Use at your own risk. All they had to do was return a phone call, and they could not even do that. In spite of the owners protests, I stand by my review. I was happy to pay them to correct their work--the work that I had contracted for, separate and apart from the Contractor--but they refused to even return a call to advise what they had done when I hired a new electrician. I am not amending my review. This has been my experience and my experience only.
