Naz and his team provided outstanding skill and service in fixing a sewer backup (sewer line replacement due to tree roots). From excavation, to pipe replacement, backfill and clean-up, they were professional, attentive and honest from start to finish. Naz submitted the permit application and also handled the application for the backwater valve refund with the city. The estimate and cost remained the same throughout and was reasonable and competitive. I would absolutely use him again if needed and 100% recommend. I was referred Canadian Rooter by a friend. I called them initially for a toilet repair. I was give options, of coarse I chose the cheaper one. Naz did warn me that I could potentially have a major issue down the road. Unfirtunstrlly that time came, I had sewage in my home gym. I reached out to a few other companies but had a better feeling with Naz he was honest from the get-go. We e sed up replacing our drains and in addition we rebuilt our home gym with his crew. Very clean job, very reliable and most of all good customer service. He was not the cheapest, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for. I now have a piece of mind.
