JennWhen my uncle passed away he left behind a baby grand piano that was gifted to us. The piano was an hour away and my aunt was in the process of moving out of state. I contacted Alison and was able to schedule a move the same week. Even on the coldest day(-36°), the piano was successfully delivered. They packed and protected it for its journey to its new home. On arrival they were careful with bringing it into the house, used moving blankets, protected my floors, set it up and made sure it was where I wanted it. Customer service and time was great. Thank you for everything. Having my uncles piano safe and sound means the world to us.
