There’s no business in Winnipeg I’d rather spend my time and money at than Alise Frederic Salon and Spa! I’ve been a client here for over ten years. I always look forward to my appointments and leave feeling happier, lighter and beautiful everytime. Literally glowing. All of the staff are warm and friendly and make you feel comfortable, confident and safe. My hair and skin have been completely transformed in the most amazing way over the ten years I’ve been going here. All thanks to the trust I place in the expertise and experience of Janelle, Leanne and Victoria. Janelle listens to my hair goals and makes sure my haircut and colour match my lifestyle and sets me up for success to reach those goals of strengthening and growing my hair without sacrificing the look I want and having fun with it. I honestly have the longest, thickest and healthiest hair I’ve ever had in my life thanks to Janelle’s guidance! Leanne has brought my skin from blemish prone, hyper-sensitive skin that I had a very poor relationship with and aways covered up with makeup to beautiful glowing clear skin I feel confident in without makeup! She taught me how to care for and love my skin in ways I never thought possible. Victoria has also been wonderful and I have really enjoyed all the services I’ve experienced with her, particularly the lash and brow tints - what a game changer! Above all three of these amazing women have helped me look and feel my best and build my confidence. I love every hair and face product that has been recommended to me and many have become staples in my everyday routines. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Janelle!!!! She is incredible at what she does! every single time I leave her chair, my hair looks and feels perfect. She just gets it, whether it’s the cut, the shape, or the little details that make a style look effortless. I never have to over-explain what I want; she somehow just knows exactly what to do and always makes it look even better than I imagined. On top of being insanely talented, she’s also so warm, friendly, and easy to talk to. Janelle is the best Hairstylist I have ever had! I met her when she was a hairstylist at a photoshoot 10 years ago. She has been the stylist on set with me more than 100 times throughout the years, and I can honestly say she is one of the best out there!! If you ever get in for an appointment with her, you’re blessed! 💕 She is kind, professional, funny and is super knowledgeable about products! When I ask her for recommendations for hair care, I fall in love with what she recommends! My hair has never looked better after a visit to her Salon! Thanks Janelle!! You Rock! 🫶🏽🤟🏽
