The space is so conveniently located and the staff are amazing! I adored the podFlow2 class with Alex. The studio is peaceful and clean with great shower amenities- makes adding classes to my schedule easy.

I've been at Align since September '23, mostly for Hot Yoga and am reminded every practice WHY I love the studio so much and how LONG overdue I am to give a shout out to how well run and managed it is. Very welcoming environment, early morning and evening class times for busy working schedules with plenty of daytime and weekend options to hit too. Best of all, the instructors have wonderfully unique teaching styles, which I deeply appreciate. I love variance and options to match what I need to get out of my practice that day. You will be encouraged whether it's to meet yourself where you are that day, nudged to play and explore, or accept the push to maybe go beyond your comfort zone to grow and challenge yourself. They cue options and modifications well, so it's safe and allows you to start from where ever you are, whether new or seasoned. And instructors weave in motivation, encouragement, food for thought- they guide with intention and genuineness! It's total mind/body/soul integration I've found, which is rare. Give it a try. You will love it!

I have been going to align for 6 months now. Love the place and instructors there. I attend hot yoga and yin classes. The instructors are very knowledgeable and focus on injury prevention. Each instructor brings their unique style which keeps the classes fun and interesting; and enables you to pick classes that best meet your requirements. I have also taken hot yoga teacher training with Lindsey and Kaila and it has helped me deepen my practice. In addition, the studio has regular workshops on different aspects of yoga that are helpful. Highly recommend the studio and suggest to complement classes with their workshops and teacher training.
