Savy is one of the best RMT practitioners that I have ever experienced. After I visited her for the first time, I have never gone to see anyone else. Now after 5 maybe 6 sessions, I can confidently say that Savy show consistant and genuine care for her clients, going above and beyond with not only a tailored and effective massage, but sharing her knowledge and tips for continued health outside the clinic. Savy is simply the best - thank you for the wonderful experience!

This was my first ever massage, and Savy showed me how therapeutic a massage can really be. She got into the knots in my neck without me even telling her. She really knows how to work the muscles and relieve tension. The entire session was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. And a bonus, she gave great advice after the session, including how I stand and how it affects my posture, some tips regarding just general lifestyle. I really enjoyed my session, and the way that Savy conducted it made me convinced to come back for massages more often!

This is my second time seeing Savy and she is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever been too! She is kind and attentive. She puts the perfect amount of pressure and really lets you relax. I would recommend her to everyone without hesitation and I will continue to be coming back and getting massages from her. I get the lymphatic drainage massage and she uses hot stones too and I love it! The location is also very cute and extremely clean!

I recently visited this establishment seeking a massage, but my experience was unfortunately marred by an extremely confrontational staff member named Savy. Due to a health condition, I use cannabis in a vape, which I understand can be a sensitive issue in some places. However, I was taken aback by Savy's reaction when she noticed and smelled the vape. Instead of addressing the situation with professionalism and understanding, Savy pretended to cough and insisted that I leave. As someone with a disability, it was disheartening to be treated in such a dismissive manner. I tend to avoid confrontation, so I apologized and left, feeling upset and confused. Savy informed me that I was "impaired" and that I would not be able to receive services for 24 hours due to a supposed medical breach. While I respect the right of businesses to enforce their policies, I believe it would be beneficial for them to clearly communicate their stance on cannabis use beforehand. It’s important for customers to know that they may be refused service based on the presence of cannabis, especially when they are managing health conditions. Overall, I left feeling disheartened by the lack of empathy and professionalism. I hope the management can address this issue to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and understanding, regardless of their health choices.
