Very efficient well run pharmacy. Highly attentive and flexible to client requests and needs. Online website is the best I’ve used. Navigation is simple and the amount of information available is amazing. Order online, check the drug info/usage, check your drug history, see when your renewal is available, whether your order is ready for pick up, even add a personal note when you order. And all that is available 24/7. It is very well thought out. Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Best pharmacy ever. Genuinely a group of really good people, but consistently can’t keep track of and/or get my prescription completed when agreed. Multiple times I have recognized they are busy and asked to pick up my prescription the next morning (to give them time) then to find out they never processed it for me (and then told “we need an hour”) This time I pulled my prescription and went to another local pharmacy instead…got my prescription in less than 10 minutes. Accidents happen but when I consistently have my time wasted, I do not appreciate it.
