Spent over 2k and never received my products. I ordered two expensive items online on the 14th of September. Items never arrived. First time I emailed them they replied saying the items had been broken in transit and were returned and would be sent again. Three weeks later I contacted them again, this time, no reply to the emails. I called and was told the items were never delivered because I had not answered the shipping company. So it is not clear if items were broken or sent. I gave my information again and was told they would be sent. Two weeks later I could still not get thru to them by email. I called again. This time a lady tried to help me and the items were sent again, but again, never arrived. When I checked the tracking number, the shipper claimed the items were still with the shipper. This was a month ago. Now, three months after making the order, I have no items, spent a big amount of money and they are not replying to emails or messages. This is the worst experience, no customer service whatsoever. I am a regular online shopper and I have never experienced something like this!!! Ever!!!!
