Alexander Home Services did a major TV installation and remodelling of our home office for us. Including tiling, drywall repair (where we had a crack in the ceiling) and installation. Alex's attention to detail is excellent and the work was done in a very timely and on-budget fashion. We ran into a couple bumps along the way and Alex was fantastic about handling them. He has an excellent worth ethic. Highly recommend, and we will use his services again in the future.

Alex had done many small jobs for me over the years. I trusted him completely. However, he recently completed a large reno job for me including kitchen, powder room and bedroom. The job was poorly organized by him and the work that Alex did himself was substandard and very poor quality. Alex was absent for alot of the job and did not quality check his subcontractors work well at all. Now only 2 months after the completion of the job, paint is cracking, tile grout is cracking, and kitchen cupboards are falling off. Despite committing to fixing deficiencies, Alex never followed up. I am beyond disappointed with the quality of the service and work. If there is a small job, Alex is great. If you are doing a large job, find another contractor.
