While the main section remains active, Reddit reports note that an older wing (the original “Promenade” section across the road) has largely been vacated and is slated for redevelopment . Overall, it remains Minnesota’s premier outlet shopping destination—especially for bargain hunters traveling between Minneapolis and St. Cloud .

UPDATE- I originally placed this review here because I could not find a way on their website to email management. My original rating was 1 star. Because of immediate response from them here, and me seeing the flag down today when I ran some alterations to Tin’s Tailer…I have updated rating. Thank you! ——————————- As a local I appreciate having this mall to shop at and support. I am somewhat saddened, and was hoping that when they put the new Minnesota flag up that they would replace the US flag that has been tattered for a very long time. I understand that they may not be able to afford to replace it, but taking it down until that time and discarding it at the St. Michael American Legion…until which time it can be replaced…is more respectable than letting it fly in this condition.

I can see why half of this place is now shut down. There are little to no deals to be had anymore. Not a true outlet like it used to be. Also, everything looks to be “tired”. Clearly this place is on the down side of its existence. If you do go wear comfortable shoes as you will be doing a ton of walking.

This was my second time visiting Albertville Premium Outlet, and I have to say every shop had quality items at really reasonable prices. The public restrooms were also very well maintained, which is a big plus. The first time I came, I only bought an Adidas track pant, but on my second trip, I scored some amazing deals I got two Nike shoes for dirt cheap and a North Face jacket, and a pair of Gap shorts! I also tried the coffee, which was pretty good, and had Five Guys for the first time ever—the burger was delicious, and the cashiers were super chill. Overall, a great experience!
