They insist on taking full payment upfront for three visits and then technician does not show up on agreed upon day and despite three phone calls and two emails, nobody calls back till after 6pm (and I wasted the whole day waiting for them!). They could not give me another firm date so requested a full refund. Stay away from this company - their customer service is beyond the pale!
A. V.Absolutely Terrible Service – Do Not Waste Your Time! If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment for Friday and waited the entire day for their technician to arrive. I called their office FIVE times, and each time, three different people reassured me that he was on his way and I just needed to wait. Well, I waited… and waited… and waited – and no one ever showed up. Not only did they waste my entire day, but their customer service is completely unreliable. No one bothered to follow up, apologize, or explain what happened. If this is how they treat their customers, I can only imagine how poorly they handle pest control. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being lied to and ignored.
