New KCI is first class. No more getting off of a flight and having to weave through passengers waiting to board a plane. Signage is much better. Restrooms are functional and cleaner.

Alaska has consistently lowed quality over the years. The website is nearly useless for business travel. It should not require a phone call and waiting on hold just to get a receipt. The latest checked bag experience at SEA was not great. Premium seats came with very little staff attention on a 6 hour flight.
