We are happy with our alarm system. Joe was patient with me while I explained our needs, while I asked many questions, and took lots of time before deciding. He had great suggestions for our system, and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. Our install was seamless, the technician walked us through the app and made everything easy to understand. He was also really great. I will say, I wasn't thrilled with the fact that they drill through your road number sign (the one that emergency services use) to hang the alarm system sign. This isn't something I've come across before but maybe it's standard in this area. Something to consider going forward is asking customers if this is something they want. Overall I will be recommending this company to friends and family.

The company was able to break free from policy that hampers good customer relations and address the needs of the individual customer ; something that sometimes gets lost when a company gets too large . Policy , bureaucracy and strict guidelines inhibits a caring customer relationship . When they break free of that inhibition of relationship building it helps gain trust with the business . Alarm systems has shown they take to the time to continue to foster that relationship with me the customer .and I Thank them for making me feel I made a good decision with the purchase . Several areas including invoice staff , sales and customer retention service has really impressed me with their response to my individual needs .
