My wife and I were looking to buy a kitchen for our new home and after searching and going to several establishments that sold kitchens, we chose kitchens & beyond. From the moment we entered the showroom the staff made us feel comfortable, we saw how professional they were and went out of their way to help us because we were very choosy and didn’t want any type of kitchen. They had many different high quality kitchen brands such as Pogenpohl which is one of the best kitchens in the world and more. We wanted to design our own kitchen with a special color combination and they had it. Their designer designed an.excellent kitchen for us and he displayed it for us in a 3d design so we would know exactly how the kitchen would look like and when the kitchen was installed at our home it was exactly as per his design and what we had chosen. Our kitchen is of a very high quality brand from Milan, Italy and it was shipped and installed on time without any delays. We are extremely satisfied with the kitchen and also the price that we paid for it which was very reasonable being a custom designed kitchen from Italy. I would also like to mention that Kitchens & beyond sell more than kitchens. They also do ball rooms, walk in closets, cabinets. I have also done some of my cabinets with them after moving in to my home and everything was done very neatly ,professionally and on time. The staff were so professional that they did not make a single mess in our home. I highly recommend kitchens& beyond for anyone who wants to do their kitchens and more.

This is possibly the most SHOCKING service I have ever received in my life! The shipment was one month late but no one had the courtesy to inform me, some of the staff were extremely rude and most are totally inefficient. For the cost of the kitchen you would expect top class customer service but I have never been spoken to in such a rude manner in all my life. There is no one managing the different departments so it is impossible to get any answers or assistance from anyone senior. I suffered many problems including that they installed cheap chip board in a wet area which was not fit for purpose. The company have failed to acknowledge their mistake and are trying to blame me for using the sink!! They want me to pay for the cost of replacement as the chip board is now damaged after one week of use! I am absolutely shocked. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
