They responded very quickly when a tree fell on my cottage; inspected the damage and got someone out to cover the affected roof area with tarps. That person had to work in the dark but within a few days roll roofing was put over top. Unfortunately some of the tarp came loose in the next couple of weeks but when I discovered the problem they addressed it fairly soon, in the daylight! Looking after removing the tree took significantly longer because my insurance company was not responding to myself or Paul Davis apparently due to volume of claims in the summer. So I am waiting to see how long it takes to go through the process of getting a permit for the necessary construction repairs to be done.
