Hi all. yes, the 5-star reviews are legit and deserved. Thermostat went out earlier this week, David was there before noon to replace it. Did that, and while he was here noticed the furnace was short-cycling. Did a step-by-step diagnostic ( cleaned flame sensor, adjusted gas pressure) and fixed that as well. Explained everything. Very knowledgeable, and he's a nice guy too! Definitely call David.

I called today for my furnace and the following day he assembled all the items and got it done relatively quickly. The furnace now works efficiently without any noise. I would recommend him to anyone with AC and furnace issues. The charge is less compared to others in the industry. Thank you Goodshepered

Found our furnace ignitor was bad at 9pm on a Tuesday when it was going to be in the 20's that night. It was repaired in less than an hour! Have used Good Shepherd for AC/Water tank replacement, and furnace, great service every time!
