I had worked as a web developer for almost 1.5 years in Aipxperts. I must give a big thumbs up for the management. Aipxperts gives me wings to fly high, I have learnt so many things from there, whether its career lessons or life lessons. They are supportive, pro active and pure entertainer. Work culture and procedure wise it's almost like a MNC. Pros - • managements are super supportive and understanding 👍 • work culture is too good, follow particular methodology and tools for project management and task management👍 • large scale projects with various new ideas and innovation 👍 • can learn things and grow along 👍 • My team leader was really very supportive and helpful, learn so many things from him. • project always follow a good coding standard, which is really helpful to understand and work in a project. 👍 • friendly environment , everyone is there very friendly. I am not from gujrat but never felt like left out with them👍 • trips and parties, if you work hard you can party harder there. 👍 Cons - • sandwich rule 👎
