I really enjoyed my experience shopping at Laura’s. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the team—Sura, Debbie, Cat, and others—who were all so friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. I appreciated that they took the time to make sure I was finding pieces that not only fit well, but that I felt good in. They made it easy to fall in love with what I was trying on. As someone who prefers petite selections, I was happy to see a range available—and I especially loved browsing the sales rack in the back, where I found some wonderful surprises. Over the course of a few days, I made several purchases, including a special dress for a special occasion. I came back three days in a row, and each time they were kind enough to hold the dresses for me and make space for me to sit and reflect in front of the mirror. They even helped me assess details like dress length and fit with care and honesty. What made this experience truly memorable is that the staff weren’t just trying to sell something—they made the process meaningful. And I believe that’s how shopping for clothes should feel. After all, the pieces we wear do say something about us, and it’s a joy to find ones that reflect who we are—especially with the help of people who care.

I just purchased a prom dress for my daughter at this store. The staff were exceptional. They were super helpful, warm and welcoming. My daughter is super happy with the purchase. The price for special event attire was very reasonable and they also had a promotion that offered a larger discount. We have lots many department stores close here in Canada, but I think Laura can provide the quality clothing that many women are looking for. Thank you so much! We will be back again soon.
