recently took my pet to AfroPets for grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff were incredibly professional and gentle, ensuring my pet felt comfortable and safe throughout the process. The facility was clean, well-organized, which reassured me about their hygiene standards. What stood out the most was the care and attention the groomers gave to my pet, treating them like their own. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this pet groomer shop. The last time I took my dog and cat for a wash, they returned them with dirty ears and a foul odor, and they hadn't even groomed the private areas properly. After a frustrating back-and-forth, they finally took them back for another bath. Today, I sent my dog for a trim, and the haircut was absolutely terrible. To make matters worse, they decided to increase the price without any prior notice, claiming my dog is a large size because they said she has gained weight. This is baffling, especially since my dog has maintained her weight consistently for over a year. Their conduct is both unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this shop for pet grooming.

I used to take my puppies for grooming and they were fine and when I took my third puppy she had severe matting on her chest hair so he asked if he could shave it since it would be very hard to detangle and I said yes since that was the only part that was severely tangled but the rest of her body was okay and I took my dog back and she looked totally different he shaved each part of her body in a horrible way he shaved only one of her legs and shaved and cut one of her ears and left the other he cut her bangs in a way I didn’t ask for even her chest hair that I agreed of him to cut he made it very spotty and blotchy honestly horrible and I’m never going there again because I'm very mad and sad for how my dog looks she looks as tho she was put in boiled water and her hair fell out.
