Affordable Computer Geeks

It's a little frustrating when you drop off a PC and can't get any updates because they refuse to answer their phone. It's been 2 days of silence. Called a few times yesterday...and now again today (a couple of times). I've used "ACG" twice before (pretty recently), good experiences...however, lack of communication is the easiest way to lose recurring business, especially in an area with plenty of other places to go. If I can't get in contact tomorrow (I'm very busy with work), I will be finding somewhere else to do business.

I was in need of computer repair, I called different places, it was almost 5pm, they close at 6pm, I explained over the phone the issue, the guy told me to go and bring the laptop to at least check it, other places asked to bring it the next day. I brought the computer and in 10 minutes he fixed it. Good customer service

Absolutely the best experience ever! My computer got hijacked by evil but these guys had me back up and running in no time, faster than anyone else could, and gave me tips on keeping my computer safe too. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
