I highly recommend AFC Urgent care in Edgewater MD. I almost don’t want to because more people will start coming there - but I want to have a generous heart. What I enjoy about this location is that it’s close to my home, which is super convenient. I love that I can go online to save my spot in advance - this is sort of like an appointment but they probably rank the urgency of clients and therefore don’t call it an actual appointment. In my experience (I’ve been there about 5 times in the last 2 years), they are time conscious but don’t rush you - I may have waited 5 minutes before being called to the back. Other highly considered factors are: Cleanliness of the facility, staff is knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and kind.

The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The provider was personable, efficient and skilled. I arrived almost at closing time and the entire was very gracious about staying to help me with my injury. Cannot speak highly enough of my care.

They took such good care of me. My ears had been ringing for days and it was really scary. The staff at the front desk, the medical assistant, and the doctors there are all so lovely and caring and they took my concerns seriously while making sure to be thorough and prescribing medicine that helped me immensely. I walked in for an appointment & was taken right away! Nurse was very sweet & even bringing me water for my cough! Did everything super fast but also listened. Doctor came in very shortly after! Fast, nice and efficient!
