Best AF I've been to! Facility is clean and equipment is nice. As a 40-something female, I feel very comfortable and confident getting my workouts in over here. Love the side room for stretching pre/post workout, and as an extra space for free weights when the other side is crowded. Close and easy parking. Never over-crowded, and I go at all times of the day/days of the week. 10/10

This gym is outstanding! It deserves more than 5 stars. The owners, Kim and Jeff are the absolute best! They interact with their members and also know them by name. You will feel more than welcome when you walk through the door. They treat you like family and most of all the gym is always clean! I also have to point out how amazing Ben is, he breaks down everything to you and will also answer any questions or concerns you may have. If you’re looking to join a gym, make sure you consider this one!

This is probably the first time I’ve ever been sad about cancelling a gym membership - this place was fantastic. From the cleanliness, to the friendliness of the clientele and professionalism of the staff, this place is run like a ship. Great experience all around.
