This company knows how to treat their customers, right! Highly recommend. I needed someone to come check on my HVAC unit after my fire alarms went off this morning. Marianne was so kind and polite, and was able to schedule me a same-day service. Tony Lee came by on-time, and checked the unit and reassured me it’s functionality. This week, my furnace suddenly quit working one night. Since we’ve had colder weather, this was obviously an emergency. I called a few companies and could not get an immediate appointment, but Davis & Davis was able to be very flexible and ultimately offered me a few options. As I was leaving my office yesterday, heading to the cold home that awaited me, they contacted me because ann evening appointment suddenly became available! The technician arrived and was very nice and took time finding the problem. He also took the time to clean the inside of my furnace and replaced the faulty pressure switch after he isolated the issue. I really appreciate their attention and dedication to fixing my urgent problem. The cost was also reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
