I met Michelle at a local networking event and she told me about her company. I had a laser printer that needed some toner cartridges that were out of stock at Office Depot, so I contacted Michelle. I needed to order them online, so Michelle walked me through the ordering process, and I had them delivered to my house the next day with no extra charge! She knew her products really well and was very helpful. I will absolutely continue using the services of CWPA and recommend them to others. I have already!
I deal with Michelle and Diane at CWPA and they are both very quick to respond and are always on top of things. They have great customer service. The majority of our orders are for toner cartridges. CWPA's prices are good, and I would say that is the most positive thing about them.

Michelle is just great—very customer service oriented, and I like that. She responds very quickly to my questions, and is quick to offer up good ideas and thoughts. She helps me with the supplies and equipment that I use here at the office and for our other office needs. We get regular office supplies from her and we also have a printer with a program that we have serviced through CWPA all for a monthly fee. That’s really great.
