Adam and the entire team at APAD are truly miracle workers! Not only did they create an incredible atmosphere during our rehearsal dinner and wedding, but they also went above and beyond by assisting our band when the weekend's unexpected weather prevented them from bringing all their equipment! Also, we were eager to incorporate cultural elements into our wedding, and Adam did so effortlessly. He’s not only incredibly talented but also one of the nicest people we worked with. We’re so happy he was part of our big day and couldn’t recommend APAD enough!

Advanced Production and Design did all of the decor for our backyard wedding. They took a HUGE load off of my plate in terms of wedding planning. From the very beginning, both Sarah and Kelsey were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a vision for what we wanted for our day and they ran with it! They were open about my options, happy to add and take away elements as my husband and I made decisions or changed our minds, and we had full trust in their talents and professionalism. They were easy to communicate with and set-up and take-down happened very smoothly and calmly (even when a neighbor's pool exploded and the water came rushing towards us the day before the wedding!!) We used them for EVERY element of the set-up of our event, inside and out. Tent, lighting, dance floor, tables, chairs, linens, silverware, cups, dishes, flowers, and a bar set-up. The final product was beautiful, our families and friends could not believe they were still in our yard. Advanced Production and Design will always be our first choice in event planning and decor because we could not have had a more positive or valuable experience. Thank you!

Advanced Production & Design is a great company and I absolutely loved working with Sarah to make my wedding vision come to life. I had contacted APAD last minute because I was planning on hanging lanterns at my venue, and learned that I needed a licensed, insured company to do that. In a panic, I researched lighting and rental companies, and found APAD. I was so relieved to find out they still had my date open, and Sarah was extremely helpful and accommodating. Looking back, there was no way- if I even was allowed to hang those lanterns myself - that me and my family could've gotten that done on the day of the wedding. Sarah and her team did set up and breakdown, and even stayed to make sure everything was set up properly. I didn't have to lift a finger. Sarah was also able to recommend some uplighting packages, and let me tell you that these drastically improved the atmosphere of our reception, making it feel much more vibrant and party-like. Everyone was impressed. Finally, I had a last minute request of Sarah to add some curtains to the hallway of our venue, since it was a public venue and, while it was painted nice, we wanted to class it up a bit. My husband and I are still talking about what a nice touch the curtains were. They hid a lot of the fire hydrants, etc. and made the area around the bar and bathrooms really classy. All in all, I am so impressed with APAD, and so glad that they were able to help my wedding vision come to life. Don't hesitate and contact them for your event!

As a collaborator with dozens upon dozens of production companies - APD is certainly a “cut-above”! Adam and his team are warm, welcoming, friendly, and do an amazing job! From the set-up staff, to the servers, to the “strike-team” bringing it all down at the end of the night - couldn’t have asked to work with a nicer, more-dedicated crew!
