Best in the biz. I hired them to commission a lighting buildout for my company's podcast studio. Ben was great to work with and offered good pricing. He designed and installed a ceiling mounted rigging system, light fixtures and ran data to my computer/lighting controller. The lighting looks absolutely incredible and barely needs any color correction in post. Our guests always comment on how good the lighting is. Thanks Ben!

If you're an independent Artist - This is NOT the studio for you. Unfortunately my experience with Aduro's was less than satisfactory. Let me explain: I found them online, and submitted a quote request form for my upcoming music video. I decided to call as well just to get more information. I spoke with Drake on the phone, and he was very nice and helpful. The first thing I discussed with him were my filming dates. I wanted to make sure there were no issues, so if they were booked, I could move on and look elsewhere. He assured me that the studio was not booked on those dates, since it was pretty far into 2024. Based on this information, I agreed to come tour the studio. I was really in love with the location and the entire set up. I think their studios are beautiful, and I continued discussing with Drake the next steps for booking. Since I am a Live Music Grant Awardee, there are certain lines I have to cross for Austin City which I was very forthcoming with Drake about. Drake let me know he could send over a formal quote as well as a QuickBooks link for me to place the down payment, which would hold my date etc. Days passed with ZERO communication. I had to reach out asking for the link to book, and I was responded to with a pricing list, which I already had. So I again asked for the link to book Studio A. 9 DAYS LATER, Ben emailed me stating that their studio's were "on hold" for the dates I needed, and it had been that way for months. They asked if I wanted to be a backup, backup for the studio, since the former backup had not yet confirmed if they were ACTUALLY booking the studio..... If the studio was "on hold" months in advance, this information should of been provided BEFORE I came to look at the space. Everyone's time is valuable, and I felt that because I am an independent artist only needing the studio for 1 day ($1200.00), my project was not taken too seriously. If you are Independent and needing a studio to film in, it seems Aduro is only interested in Commercial opportunities and or small films where their facilities are rented weeks, or months at a time. Which I support as long as businesses are upfront that they dont take on small projects. Due to the lack of communication and lack of respect, I DONT recommend Aduro for Independent Artists.

We had such a great experience at Aduro Studios I needed to write a post. We rented space for ~1 week for a greenscreen shoot that also included grip and lighting services. Ben and his team were welcoming, collaborative, and accommodated all of our requests. In short: a great space, plenty of gear, and knowledgeable crew that can problem-solve easily to help keep production on schedule. Aduro is now our #1 choice in Austin. Highly recommend to anyone.
