When we first met James I could tell the he has a passion for his work. His sub contractors were very good as well. West Coast did a good job of letting us know what to expect each week. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of our project and would hire West Coast again for any future projects.

West Coast just finished our ADU. The permit process took about 5 months. The actual construction took about 3 months. West Coast did a good job of coordinating the sub contractors so work was being done almost every week day. Sometimes a sub would even show up on a weekend. There was a schedule and the only thing that impacted the schedule was weather. Only once I believe. If I texted about anything I received a call right away. Communication was very good throughout the project. When we first thought about an ADU I contacted 4 different contractors. One didn’t return my call. One came out and I felt like I was talking to a car salesman. Another wanted me to do a FaceTime of the building space. I was going forget the project and then James from West Coast came out. He was very professional and I could see he was passionate about his work. We discussed what we wanted and he provided a detailed quote. We then went and saw a project he was completing and the home owners had nothing but good things to say about James and West Coast when I was talking to them privately. Our entire experience has been great and I have recommended West Coast to a few of my friends. The final thing I will say is there were some changes made and costs tracked. At the end of the project James mentioned the final cost was less than planned so our last payment was less inthan expected. I have never experienced that with any other contractor. I highly recommend West Coast Construction Pros.
