Misleading Commitments and Poor Communication I had an HR BP discussion with Niveditha from Adecco, where a specific salary was committed to me. Following this, One of the Account Manager (not mentioning her name) assured me that the offer was 100% confirmed, stating that due to Diwali leave, the offer generation process would take some time. Based on their promises, I was advised to decline another offer, which I did, trusting their guarantee. However, after completing all required documentation, no one has been responding to my calls or providing updates. After sending mail to them some other hr called me. Adecco failed to honor the agreed salary. Offer salary was 30% lesser than my last salary. Interviewing time they told will offer 20% hike. Later they asked me to join with out any hike. Later no one are responding my calls. This unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability have cost me a valuable career opportunity. I strongly urge Adecco to reflect on this experience and take necessary steps to ensure candidates are not misled or left in such distressing situations in the future.

Disastrous Experience with Adecco for KPMG C2H Position I was approached by Adecco for a short-term contract-to-hire position at KPMG. After successfully clearing all interviews, including background verification initiated by KPMG themselves, I was informed the process would take approximately two weeks. However, after this period, attempts to contact KPMG for an update were met with silence. When I finally managed to reach out, I was shocked to learn that my profile was on hold with no proper explanation given. This lack of communication was highly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time and effort invested in the process. Adecco, the agency responsible for my hiring, failed to manage client expectations and neglected to inform me promptly about the status change. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I strongly advise others to reconsider engaging with Adecco for their payroll or contract opportunities. I have come across similar negative reviews, which I wish I had taken more seriously before proceeding. Please be cautious and avoid wasting your valuable time with them.
